There is a video of it somewhere on the InterWeb, it was a promotion for Liebherr's hydraulic system.

As for the pic.

A dealer told me about this a few years back. It was a demo at conexpo or something. the operator got a new machine for his skills or stupidity for this stunt.

Wow, this is probably the craziest thing you can do with an excavator!!! He's even rotating the cabin in the air... Still, quite dumb if you ask me.

look at the pic closer and you will see the tracks slide in between two posts and the weight of the machine forces it to bind in there until he takes the weight back off. come on man look at it and use your head its not hard. :hammerhead:

There is also a quick atach on the undercariage. Like the one on the stick. He will click into the tower, pull himself up to a table top, Click the under caraige in, the reach up and repeat.

I think the going up would be the easy not as scary part, the coming down... Well that scares the crap out of me.
