In the past years most of my commercial contracts have been based on 25 to 30 weeks. With last years late summer, how many weeks are good to base a commercial account on.
Thanks

In Michigan we usually have 25-27 good weeks of outdoor working conditions. Then it starts getting colder so if you dont mind being cold, then the number of weeks can increase to almost 30-35 weeks.
It will probably be best to talk to the person in charge of hiring you to do their maintenance work. Let them know your usual time frames and work with them to lengthen it if they feel it is necessary. Go over some pricing options with them and hammer out some kind of agreement.
Good luck
