Bought a Billy Goat leaf vac and put it to work today. It works great, but its hard work pull starting it. Is it possible to install a starter?

That's the same one I just bought. I love it. Good luck with it.

How did you mount yours? I mounted ours in the back of a utility trailer. We cut a hole in the side for the tube. Its hard to get a good pull when starting, other than that, I am very happy with it. We got a ton of work done yesterday. Way more compared to using garbage cans.

I have a 2 year old 18hp Billy Goat. You just need to put your weight into it mine starts on the first or second pull every time.

Today was the second day of use and it's getting easier to start. I will post a pic tomorrow.

I had a problem with this at first because I have a v-nose trailer and it would have gotten crushed when I turned, so I bought an open trailer and put one of those baskets on the front of it. I mounted it on there. I still need to work the kinks out on this setup but it's working pretty well so far.

We just set it up last weekend, so its not quite finished yet. Its been raining a lot here, even with the box 3/4 full, the truck is very heavy.

It is a Chevy 3500hd. We bought it back in August. It has a 9' dump bed, which works great for us. We had to get the king cab so my pup could ride along.

I would like to see a pic of your dodge with the leaf box. I thought about building a bigger box, but now I don't think I need it. With the Billy Goat, we can pack a lot more into the truck then we could before.
