what time is it???

A dumb question maybe but what time zone is this site run out of?...I'm in EST and the 'posts time' are always 3 hours later than my time...Being the anal person I am....this is bugging me!!!! lol...thanks much ..Gary in PA

Click on edit options.

Scroll down to where you see where it says about time zones.
I have mine set for -4.
