Snow, or others, I was snooping through the commercial lawn posts and D.Hartzog had one going about a customer survey form he made up to attract new customers. (I think it was called "Psss wanna get some new accounts" or something like that)<p>I'll bet you've done something like that, or if not, you're a good bet for someone to have a shot at it for the snow side of things.
