Hey guys, I was wanting to get some input on a good trailer line. Were about to move into a new shop and it has plenty of space to take on trailers. The only thing around here to compete with is H&H. Looking for another good brand to compete with them in the landscape field. Any imput is much appriciated!

kaufman trailers. if you are looking for an open trailer. you can't beat them. i had the 16' landscape, it was sweet! dovetail, HD gate with a spring assist. but thats just my opinion though.

PJ, Corn Pro, Horton, Kaufman

Kaufman is pretty good, but they rust bad just like Horton, but good quality trailers if you dont care about the rust. the PJ and Corn Pro wont rust unless you break or chip the paint..

If you can find the 'Hank Williams' brand (I'm not kidding) they are going to be a little higher in cost; but, very heavy duty compared to Liberty, etc.

Corn Pro- one of the best out there.

Kaufman- good value for the money.

We also have a Taylormade which I believe came out of SE Missouri and I have been well pleased with it.

FWIW- 0ur enclosed are American Hauler and they have not held up well at all.

Down 2 Earth out of Baxley, Ga. They build their own open lanscapes and modify other brands as needed in the enclosed types. They also handle PJ and Custom Built as a distributor.

No kiddin!! mine did rust a good amount. but for the price I paid it was well worth it.

its the only trailer brand i've had besides my little carry-on POS. I am going to get another one eventually when i have the room at my shop.

Sadly Kaufman is factory direct only, but I have dealt with a salesmen from the factory and you can call him and tell him exactly what you want, and he will send you a quote, and pictures of the exact trailer if they have one on the lot..

If your looking for an equipment trailer that can double as a trailer to haul a couple big ztr's on, Towmaster builds spectacular trailers! They are awesome quality, all the way around, the only bad thing about them is the price...

I can vouch for the down to earth trailers I lovemine! you can custom order them too! any size shape or color they will even powder coat them or line x it! I wish I had mine done but its just black paint they are great guys to work with I got my 6x14 single axle with a side gate for 1000 last year.

My main trailer I use is an enclosed Atlas brand. I also have a open trailer and it some off brand but its well built. My best trailer I have is a my 20' H & H MX Speed Loader I use to haul my 87' Monte Carlo SS to shows.

As far as cost, trailers in my area are high priced so In March 2007 I drove 10 hours one way to Coldwater MI. to buy my Atlas trailer. I saved over $900 after I paid for the gas to make the trip.

Snake River trailers are extremely popular here.
