What are the most important items to put into a bidding packet. I am putting together my first one and could use some ideas. Thanks

I always include 2 copys of the bid, a thank you letter, a copy of proof of insurance, and a resume` (company history, personal experience and brief background on all of our major product and/or services). I also hand deliver, if possible, to try to give the final impression and answer any questions the client may have about our bid or service.
