When I sent out my last bills I included a paper for people to update the info. Included was email address spot. Next yr I will be billing 95% of customers thru email.

Email is great but I need something for my non regular snow customers when I show up at 0630. Just need to leave a bill and I don't want to email or waste postage or spend more time than needed. Leave on door mat and go.

You are going to leave a post card on the door mat in the winter?
Stamps are $.42. Envelopes are $.05 each. Paper is $.02 a sheet. So for around $.50 you could send a professional invoice to the customer.
Loose $.50 of my profit to make sure I get paid OR have a post card get wet and blow away and not get paid. That is the question.
