Problem: Irrigation turn on valves for the subdivision are in the front yards. Can't miss them, they are marked by the 4" PVC pipe sticking up about a foot in the air.
Solution: Cut off the PVC pipe at ground Level and slip on a cover.
I have seen the cover before. They are black with a flat top. I looked at one and it said Olympus on it. My searches have not found anything like it.
I would like to go around and lower them all. I don't want to install a 6" valve box like I did for my own.
Thanks For any help on this.

Imperial used to sell a hinged cover that could either slip into four-inch pipe or over three inch PVC pipe.

Thanks Roger

There are what are called 'test caps' designed to connect to drain pipe.

I doubt you will find any. Just cut the pipe at ground level and dig around it and install a valve box.
