The chevy. Altho i hated the LLY and LB7 d-maxs. 05 has LLY. 04 wasnt a very good year for the 6.0. But some 04's were fantastic. youll need to pull an oasis report on it to see if theres been any major problems. If nothing, its one of the good ones.

Don't know much about the duramax's but the Chevy seems like the better deal.

Why would somebody put a flatdeck on a F-250.
I would say neither of those trucks would be a good deal because they both have gooseneck hitches which means either one of them could have been well used.

You are right, one could be really well used. But like I said before. between the two the Chevy seems to be a better deal. Odds are the Ford was used harder than the Chevy because it has the bed on it.

the 05 dmax is a good truck, or atlest less problematic than what that 04 ford is. but like TXN said some of the 04 came from the factory as a beast of a truck. i had a buddy who had an 04 and his was like that, and that thing was mean stock. he was out pulling another one of my friends 01 cummins till he chipped the thing.
