help on bidding yards

hey so whenever you guys bid a yard do you add the fertilizer in the regulor flat rate of do you charge a fee for that paticular application in that months statement?

i charge an extra fee because its not included in my contracts. but thats because i dont have an applicators license, and i just let another landscape company im close friends with, that does fertalize, do it for me.

I charge extra for chemical application, but don't have monthly contracts.

Any time that I do applications I just add on the price for that application to that particular month's bill.
