How to start legal in Ohio???

Hey guys i need some help. I am starting out this spring and want to be totally legit. How do i go about doing this? What steps do i need to take? From start to finish would be great. Lol. Thanks guys.:waving:

obtain a tax ID # from the state, setup a business banking acct. Get at least a 1 mil. insurance liability policy. That's a good start!
