I am in the process of landscaping my front yard, I have approximately 15 yards of rose soil that I am going to have delivered. Our ground is somewhat moist during the winter season (South East Texas) my question is do you have any thoughts on the best way to move the dirt from point A to point B? I was thinking of having the truck dump the load on a tarp and use a wheel barrow (53 loads) to move it. Im trying to minimize the destruction to my lawn.
Thanks in advance.

Thats probably your best option. Only other way is to just drive the truck through the yard. Maybe put down some lumber of some type to distribute weight and reduce rutting?

Can you rent a small tractor with a loader from a Kubota dealer? The small ones are very lightweight.
I would see if you could find a Dingo to rent. http://www.popularmechanics.com/home_journal/home_improvement/1276301.html

Regardless of how, this would be a good idea.
