Echo carbs

I have a srm 340 echo with a walbro wt418 carb with the red limiter caps on it. My question is how can i remove the caps to adjust them past the limites?

Dig them out. I used a small drill bit to drill around the sides to make them weaker. Then I used a pick device to pull them out. Takes a little time but they will come out. Obviously don't run drill bit in the center or you will dmage the screw threads.
