Tecumsa Trans

Ive got a snapper 52" walkbehind 14hp Kohler. The seals on either side of the trans are starting to leak (coming out at either side of the case of the trans) Ive been told it has a tecumsa trans. What is a ball park pice to have the seals replaced in that trans?

Can't help you on price, but one thing to look for is the output shaft bearings. If these have too much play they can cause the oil leak. Just be prepared you might need the bearings replaced.

Phil is right on the money, There are no seals....Worn bushings cause the grease to leak out.
