Hello,
Just hooked up a Meyer plow to my Cat 247 skidsteer.
When I push the buttons, nothing. Am I missing something?
(What I mean is I can't get it to angle).

Okay, this is off the wall and may not work for you. A few years ago I had a Bob Cat 773 come in the shop with the same problem, with their plow on it.(Bob Cat) I knew that all the hydo stuff worked because the other attachments worked. So I took it out side and went up to a big tree, pushing the plow at an angel with the controls, pushing the plow against the tree. Did this to both sides. What ever I did worked, freed up the plow. It has not had a problem since.
Good Luck

I can rule this out as the plow moves freely if you push it by hand.
There is no hydraulic flow when you push the buttons, and no clicking or hissing or any other indication of fluid motion to the couplers.
Definitely in the machine, like a bum solenoid or something. Checked fuses, all good.

If that is the case, all I can suggest is call your dealer and ask if he or his mechanic can talk you through the process of hooking up and running the plow.
