Ok, I've been in the dark, and I don't really follow EP Henry. And I know this is old news. But somehow I missed it!

Why ain't EP Henry doin their trade show anymore??

I believe it has something to do with lack of interest in previous years coupled with a failing economy. Contractor participation was down, vendors were down, etc. OR maybe they want to be more like Techo Bloc.

As a whole, trade show participation has dwindled. Thanks to the internet.

The economy I'm sure has a lot to do with it. MAHTS was a tremendous financial undertaking by EP Henry, and they are just one of many manufacturers cutting back on extravagant events like this.

Andrew, having recently spoken with the VP of sales at EP Henry, they are looking to get back to a personal touch, as with these roving seminars with the customers and not just educating every hardscaper whether or not they were an EP Henry supporter. MAHTS was increasingly expensive and with the economic situation, they were not receiving the amount of support needed to put on the big show.

It's a shame, because it was an excellent source of information and a great way to network with fellow installers and suppliers, but it all comes down to quality and dollars and cents.
