I have been doing this stuff by Quick Books, but I think I might give this a go for just the lawn care side of things. Both of those are really good examples. I know they sure helped me.

I don't recommend spelling out each individual task and a Price for each, but rather a whole all-inclusive amount on a monthly price. I simply think if you spelled out the price for each task it only give the customer somthing to deny. Where if you included all the tasks & duties for a flat monthly fee and marketed yourself for providing more detailed service, I think its a win, win, situation IMO. I've landed contracts where I was actually the higher estimate, but I performed a more complete detailed service for them.

Well thank you, I have other versions where I spell out what I'm gonna do and how I'm gonna do it, and I don't give any options, I consider all estimates an all-inclusive service package, I mean after all if you give the customer options or include prices for each task you perform, it only gives them the option to deny something. Of course you get the people who want you to mow only, and those people I tell to call me when it needs mowed next, and I get paid right away each time.
