I am really amazed and impressed with the discussions taking place on the site. Sean Adams you have created an outstanding opportunity for people to connect and share ideas. GREAT JOB! As I read down through many of the posts and threads, I could not help but wonder, how many people are taking ideas and putting them into action. Here is a little tip that might help in the TAKING ACTION piece. . . It is asking yourself this question, WHAT IS THE SIMPLEST THING I CAN DO TO PUT THIS IDEA TO WORK IN MY COMPANY? That question jumpstarts our brain and it goes to work for you. It is much better to ask than to make a statement like, "I GOTTA DO THAT . . . " I have watched to many gottas fade into the word work. During your next browse through the site and you see an idea that you want to implement SIMPLY ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION and you'll be amazed at how the ideas will start to come to you. . . . Welcome, you're 100% correct. I came to this site thinking that I knew a lot. Let's just say I knew some. I now know so much more and continue to learn new things every day. If there is something in the field that I don't know or any questions that I may have I post them here. I get great help and answers. I appreciate everything Sean and everyone else has done to build this awesome community.
