Riding vs Walk behind?

I am wondering which is best for a new mow service...A riding John Deere-36" cut or a X-Mark 36" walk behind? What are the advantages or disadvantages!

The only disadvantage to the walk behind is you have to walk.
If the JD you are looking at is tractor mower the Ex mark is by far going to be a better piece of equipment for a new lawn care service.
