Well I am thinking about weather or not a customer asks for a specific service to include a service list in all of my renewals and new estimates. Does anyone do this or do you just rely on the customer to ask you for the service.
Thanks

What's up Brock? I never have included a list of services offerd, but after this year I think we are going to start. I have 3 customers that used other contractors this year because they said they didn't know we also offered that.

We list a complete "reminder" of services we offer on every invoice or correspondence to customers just so this never happens.

Thats kind of what I am thinking about doing. Put in a reminder for services relavent to the season. Say in august start sending out leaf cleanup and snow reminders. Or if I see that there property needs sometthing send some info out about what I can do to help.
