can anyone recommend a good sofware, reasonably priced that is really good for a business thats like 70/30 landscape to lawncare?....that would make scheduling, billing/invoicing, record keeping, etc easier....(oh, and thats user friendly..LOL....this is really important, not real good on computers here, but learning)

We use QuickBooks pro 2007. Works great for us! We do payroll, print out invoices and estimates, it keeps a nice record of all of our customers work that has been done and who has paid and with what check numbers or credit card info, the list goes on. It’s a really great software program and not to hard to work.

We use CLIP for scheduling jobs, routing for jobs, building projects, building estimates, tracking chemicals for fert apps., tracking accts. receivables, tracking all customers messages through a internal "contact management" system, tracking $per man hour on all projects and jobs. (projected & real world) It's compatable with Quickbooks, that's what we bill with. I'd like to know from anyone else if they have experience with another program that compares to or is better than CLIP?

What's the difference between the 2007 compared to 2009 editions?
