I DONT HAVE THE PUSH MOWER BECAUSE NONE OF MY HOUSES NEED(MAYBE I AM LUCK LOL)

Then it looks like just a blower and hedge trimmers. You will still need rakes, tarps, tools, extra blades, trimmer line, and tons of other little stuff but you will acquire those as you need them.
