RAYCO vs VERMEER

i just bought a new splitter off rayco and i love it.
but my point is when i got a box in the mail with a new woodsman helmet and 3 hats and a few follow up emails and a call to see if i was still happy.
when i bought my vermeer stump grinder i was supposed to get a coat with it and never saw it? never heard from them again unless they wanted me to buy more stuff.
i would buy rayco machines from now on just on customer service!!!!

Rayco is a good little company. We sell there products in sc, nc and have been happy with all there products and same as you, there customer service. They treat there dealers well and the end users well. I guess they are still small enough to remember good customer service goes a long way.
