Inserting Java Script

Hello,

I have two websites, one that I created through godaddy and one that I paid for. I found a free online chat application through volusion and inserted it without a problem on the godaddy site. But I am having diffuculties with it on the site that I paid for. The plesk is through swsoft and I posted the question on how do I insert the java script on swsoft plesk and have yet to receive an answer. I did a RFI through the company that built the site and have not heard back from them either. Can anyone help me?

Better check with your host. Most hosting services seriously frown on chat applications that are not provided by them. You risk getting your account shut down if you are not careful.

As far as getting the code in, do it manually.
