This is my second season for lawn care, last year I go a late start with passing out flyers.

What is the best time to start before my competitors start and get the jump on me?

Fliers should have been don 3 weeks ago. Although we don't do fliers all of our contracts are sent out the first week or Feb and are returned by the 15th. We have already had people calling for estimates and also signed about 15 landscaping contracts. We will be starting the season March 4th. So as to your question LCO's are already singing up so ya better get a move on it. Early Bird catches the worm as they say.

You should start yesterday.

The more your name is out there the better off you will be.
