Interesting article here on CO rainwater rules. Diversion and slowing down the water is okay. I'd be curious to see a landscape with the main emphasis being to channel and slow down runoff water. Lots of steps. Eliminate the concrete. Native turf. Kiril's mulch and tree landscapes wouldn't cut it. (Yes I'm starting a discussion)
