Hi I was hoping someone who has an LLC in CT could give me alittle help, I recently submited my articles of incorporation to the secretary of the state back in November for my LLC, and since have read online that it is active but have not received anything back form the state yet. How long does this usually take? I have attempted to open a bank account and get my home improvment contractor but both requir me to submit my articles of inc. so am I stuck waiting for something to come in from the state or is there some way i can speed things up?
