I have access to a full machine shop at work, and my boss gave me the steel all I had to pay for was the u-joint and coupler.

It's a 2005 Gravely Pro1548 I got for $900.00 with the sulky. It has 243 hours, it was a 4 hour drive there and back to pick it up and I couldn't pass up the deal.

How exactly did u make that? i have the Gravely 1336 pro and ive been thinkin bout building one of those for my mower but i cant really figure it out...
I got the u-joint and coupler from McMaster-Carr. I think I paid $25 for all the supplies.
