What products would work in controlling green kyllinga in turf areas both pre and post emergent ? This grassy weed has started to become more of a problem in my area.

There are no good preemergents for this weed. Dismiss, if it is legal in your state or Certainty.

Dismiss is very good but timing is everything. So, read the label many times, avoid mowing just before or after application; start your application very early when the plant is tender; apply on a cloudy or cooler day to avoid as much evaporation as possible; watch your IPM practices and apply a second application about two (2) to three (3) weeks later.

Have used Sedgehammer on Green Kyllinga. Seems to get rid of it, but the following year, its back. Only suppress it. Sedgehammer does an excellent job on purple and yellow nutsedge. Sedgehammer was formally called Manage, made by Monsanto. Sedgehammer is made now by Gowan Co.

look at a product called lock up it's a combo product right now, check to see if it's registered in you area and labeled for your turf
