I need help sweeping.....

I just recieved a call from a property management company who would like to contract me for their property for lawncare, snow removal, and sweeping. I have plenty of equipment to handle the property's lawn and snow but have never done sweeping....

I know nothing....
can anyone give me any detais on what i am jumping into?
what kind of money can be made if there is no other sweeping contractors in the area?

Do you get the trade magazines? They have many companies that advertise their sweepers in there.

Here is one I saw in Pro magazine

they show a dodge dakota and sweeper for $32,000 or just the sweeper for $14,000

I have no idea on pricing. It also seems that they work nights to avoid traffic.

We lease a Cat skid steer with sweeper in front that sweeps into the bucket then dump sand from plowing season in dump truck and haul away!! Sweeper you charge $55.00hr and truck $45.00 per hr plus disposal fees. We clean over 60 large condos and shopping centers.
