I am currently looking into opening up commerical real estate maitence company in northeast ma. I already know that I would have some clients, but my question is, how do I begin to set up this company, where do I start and how do I know that Im on my way?

What if you contacted businesses in-person? Contact real estate companies?

Find out who the big REO agents are in your area and contact them. I would first send a packet introducing myself and then follow up with a call.

Please make sure all of your insurance and licensing is in order before you do though. They will certainly ask for it.
