for those that use them, how much money and how hard was it to switch over vehicles? how long did you estimate your investment would pay off?

pros/cons of them?

the 1990 ford f 350 did NOT get any mods to run SVO straight veg oil. zero $ spent on fuel or conversion!!!!!!

the old dodge van 96 with a cummings had to have the fuel lines replace as the bio diesel dissolved the old ones, 200$ maybe + the bio-diesel brewer (old 80 gallon tea brewer) cone tank and some race fuel and lye.........

the 2004 ford vans run gas/ethanol mix and have a hydrogen HHO generator that helps some,
the still cost about 300$, and is run on solar and some wood heat. dont drink it as its made with leaded radiators.

the HHO generators are a weatherproof box and some stainless steel plate, silver solder and ****very important a flash arestor so you dont die***** from welding supply 7 pesos......... and some time at the torch..........

we are now growing a lot of algae for fuel, thats a real boost as it can be used for fuel for diesels and ethanol and as a fert.

the vans we just used to take a long trip and logged over 700 miles x2 with only 6 gallons of gas ethanol mix and 2 gallons of water from a river used each van.........

What vehicle are we talking about? Diesel? For our climate, you would probably need a two tank system if you want to run SVO or WVO.

For your investment to pay off, you need to figure how the cost of the installation and how many miles you put on your car per year, mileage, etc. Here's a link to a generic calculator....
