Leaf cleanups make the most for me, followed by mulch and grass seeding.
Snow removal makes me nothing, since we never have snow.

If you're talking about straight profit MARGIN, then it would be ponds. If you're talking about profit QUANTITY, it would be grounds care.

Landscape installs generate the most gross profit. Plowing is the best per hour, but only 3 hours per week on average.

Landscape installs. The labor is pretty much all profit for me because I usually work by myself, unless its a really big job in which I usually have a friend help me but the job nets me so much that paying them a little bit doesnt kill it. I usually mark up my materials too. Plowing I would say I don't make a hell of a lot overall and I hate doing it but it helps me keep my year round accounts and has already generated a lot of possible business for the spring. Mowing is alright, its kind of a tread water thing that makes me money in between landscape jobs. Honestly, I probably enjoy mowing the most though

I would have to say that my most profitable area is probably spring and fall cleanups. I need to boost the amount of installs that I do to boost the profits in that area.

Thats a good point, are we talking in general or per job income? In general lawn maintenance and per job snow removal.

Pesticides and snow removal by far. All because of Full Property Maintenance.
