I just downloaded openoffice and wanted to know if anyone had any spreadsheets for fuel charges/equipment purchases etc. they would be willing to share with me.

I just started doing it this way myself, now I don't have anything like that but
I can tell you the best way is to learn how to make them.... And it is a pita at
first but it gets easier plus around here I don't have much of anything else going on.

For support they have a forum, open office does, check their web site.

Chris, are you using QuickBooks, or similar, to manage your business? If so, the fuel charges, equipment purchases, etc. would be part of the financial management. What is your reason for wanting to track these things in a spreadsheet? Is there value or benefit in tracking twice, or tracking in another way, learning something that QB would not provide.

I only track my expenses through QB. Maybe there is something I am missing that another spreadsheet would provide.

We also use quickbooks and that works to track everything. If you are looking for something different let us know, maybe there is something else out there for you.

If you have any questions about them, just ask.
All you need to do is do it each day for each month. It will keep a year to date total of everything for you.

I just downloaded the free basic quickbooks, i'm gonna check it out 2.
