my friend has a V10 and took the suspension off for a lift kit. my truck is the same year (2003), and a 5.4 V8. will his old leaf springs bolt onto my truck?? what i was planning on doing was taking his springs (off of the V10 truck) to a spring shop to get them beefed up, and just swapping the old ones out. just wanted to make sure that they would mount up w/o any problems. truck has 160K on it and the rear springs are hurtin bad.
