looks like Heptapleurum arboricola. (parasol plant) A close relative to Schefflera but would need to see close ups of the leaves.

Looks like Brassaia arboricola 'variegata' again need a closer picture of leaves to verify.

That is what we call here in Florida "Schefflera". Its part of the Arbicola family.

It's Schefflera for sure, or something in the same family. Tropical plant, also good for interiorscaping.

Variegated Schefflera. Pretty plant. Do not let it seed. It is an invasive species out in the wild.

It's very common here in Florida from Orlando South (9B). North of there we get frosts and hard freeze which kill it. Disney, Universal, Sea World etc use tons of it and I've never heard anyone say it's invasive here. My 2 cents.
