I went to his shop and saw the office auction i was told a lot of his equipment has bank loans on them and there is a reserve and if it is not met the bank wont sell it. He had a great co here and in NC dont know what happened to him.

some of those trucks look brand new, i wonder how they work this auction if its sealed bids etc.

the office bid was open auction style plus a 10% auction fee he had a case sell for $22500 then add 10% was not worth it. these auction with higest bidder are a chance, some times if nobody has money or wants anything you get a great deal sometimes they people want something badly and you wasted your day you got to be there to see what happens. I am assuming that these are all Nature"s Views equipment and yes most was new and in good shape, one of my workers used to work for them 3 years a go they took good care of everything it will be inresting to see waht it goes for

I went to the office auction also. Way to many people there for my comfrot. I heard from the grapevine the owner had mafia ties and tax issues. Thats way the business went under.

listen they all rumors, nobody knows all the details it came down to he owed the bank a boat load of money and they could not wait any more so they repoed it all. i do not think there will be any great deals there but if it is not snowing i will go
