80+ Lawn accounts & 8+ snow accounts for sale. makes $10,000 per month on LAWN CUTTING ONLY, that does not include mulching, power washing, seeding, trimming, gutter cleaning, fertilzing, and other jobs that presents during the year. Most of the accounts are in Parsippany.. Some whippany, and madison.

LIST OF EQUIPMENT: 1994 gmc dump truck, bobcat sit down lawn mower, 48 walk behind exmark, weed wacker, back pack blower, 9hp little wonder push blower, open trailer, and 16hp billy goat vac. everything you need.

it's not my business some guy is selling it in town. It's for sale if anyone is interested the most he will get for the accounts is $20K if he is lucky

if you (or he) doesn't have any contract signed for this upcoming year, its not worth all that much. W/O contracts, all it is is basically a list of leads, nothing gaurnteed, and that an awful lot of money for leads, weather it be 20K or 95K. ZTWO is correct, the rule of thumb is usually what the accounts gross between one 1-2 months.

I have even heard of people saying that leads are only good for 2-4 mowings, so half a month to a month, but with contracts I think the jury is still out from what I have seen and what people have said on here.

that business INCLUDING the equipment will probably sell realistically for about $30-35k

15% of gross profit plus whatever your equipment is now worth is what I would sell mine at.
