I'm 100% commercial, and I carry $1 million.

I do both residential and commercial and I also carry a $1 million dollar policy.

One million is a good amount to have. If you look at bidding larger properties, the bid request will often specify the liability coverage required. I think that's why we got an additional 'umbrella' rider.
