FC420v assembly questions...

The rod broke in my Kaw FC420v last season. I have left it disassembled until now while waiting to find another piston and rod. Now I need to assemble it again to see what happens. I found the torqu specs in one thread, but would like to find some information on the gear alignment and recommended assembly order/procedure etc. Does anyone have this info for the FC420v?
