Ok so when you guys go on the road to do work like an ice storm. Do you pay for all the expenses including meals or just one meal. What about the hotel bill? Also do you give bonuses?

when i had to travel for any place ive worked the company paid for all meals and the hotel. a few times it was just for a class somewhere once was in fort payne, Alabama i left monday afternoon and got back friday morning, they paid for everything plus i got 2% of what i made the year before. we wernt paid by the hour so thats how our vaction time and all was figured out.

I would think if you require someone to travel, you should pay meals and hotel. I do.

I would agree, I also know that alot of companies also pay time and a half as well.
