The just leaf clean-up tire kickers or shoppers, have finally started to call for estimates:clapping:, this economy has folks waiting till all the leafs have fallen this year:laugh:

The calls i have taken are not good indicators of disposable income folks are using the terms, tight on money, new budget, best deal, short on cash, and finally were moving, and need to put our house on the market.

I agree. I am seeing the same thing in Middle Tennessee. I saw an ad stating they will cut and trim a acre yard for $30. I can only imagine what it will look like once it is cut. I am sure bidding will get very competitive this year. I am already seeing this with some Commercial accounts. Will have to show that the Quality and Customer Service I provide is worth the cost.
