I`ve been thinking about how I will "word" this years spring letters/contacts.With the influx of "new guys" sure to come into the picture and the increased competition because of the economy, how will you reassure your customers that you are the "Best Man" for the job regardless of how much $$ they may save by getting other bids? I`m mostly concerned about my newest accounts, but you never know, everyone`s cutting back! Your Thoughts?

I wouldn't go mentioning cheap guys or anything like that. That would make you look pretty desperate to me. Just stand on your own quality and assure them that your quality and reliability will be there.

I agree with hustler; quality, reliability, and make them a promise to be professional. If you promise to be reliable, professional and to do quality work you have just taken it to the next level in the customers mind; and all with 1 word promise.
