I just received the proposal template and cover letter that I ordered off this site and I have to say that it's going to help me out a bunch. I'm not very creative when it comes to writing things in a professional manner so this is going to come in handy. It's short and sweet but includes everything the customer needs to know up front and it allows you to alter it to your liking. Definitely worth the $30 to me!:blob4:

Hey Guys...
I'm glad the letter and proposal templates are working out. If you ever have any questions, you can call me or e-mail me any time. I will do whatever I can to help. The letters are in word format and a piece of cake to use. We have had people order them that are just starting out all the way up to $5-$10 million dollar companies. We have had an excellent response. It is a great way to get in touch with potential clients and a fantastic way to keep in touch with existing clients. Best of Luck. Thanks again to all who have ordered.

I have been working on a forms template for some time now. It is different types of forms to use specifically for this industry. Everything from Employment Application to Accident/Injury Report to Vehicle & Trailer Maintenance Check List....very useful and used by a lot of companies. Also working on a guide useful for people starting out or people who have employees - vital information on technical aspects of labor - "how to" guides so to speak. If you are starting out it will save you a lot of trial and error time and if you have employees it is a great way to teach them to understand aspects of the business you take for granted and understand inside and out. Will keep you posted.

Another great one that I'd encourage everyone to think about is the 20 direct mail templates. They helped me. . . Let's just say there "priceless."

I received a few e-mails asking about changing and working with the letters. They are very easy to use. They are in Word format. You can change the font, type, size, etc... We also inserted a "dummy" letterhead to save space for that. All you have to do is type in your letterhead or transport the letter on to your own. Piece of cake. Also, the letters are not written "close-ended". There aren't any letters that you will have to make many changes to or rewrite because it doesn't fir your business. Usually you can change the names, addresses, dates, etc...and send them right out. That was half the battle - making certain you wouldn't have to make an entirely new letter.

I got all the letters and the proposal and let me tell you "THEY WORK". I have sent out 5 proposals in the last 2 weeks and I got all five signed up. I sent some of the letters to my clients from last year and most called me the day they got them to make sure I was taking care of their work this season. If you have the proposal & the letters use them, if you don't have them get them.

I wanted to let everyone know that on our site there is information about sending direct mail and how to properly put together a campaign. It is very helpful information and gives you a clearer idea of steps to take to ensure successful direct mail above and beyond the letter. If you go to the "Newsletter Archive" section, read the February Newsletter. I think this will help a lot. The link is below.

 :blob2:  Well I ordered these estimate templates 2 days ago(tuesday) at about 2:30 p.m. and still do not have them. I checked with my bank today and seems they had no problem charging me the 29.95, so they received there money but I still do not have my product???
I sent a pm to Chuck today explaining the situation and asking if I did something wrong, I know he read the pm (tracking) but I didnt get a reply.
My email is working just fine as I have been getting email all day for the past 2 days!!
I really was not angry untill I read this post and saw that members were getting them within 5 minutes of ordering
I am not saying I am not at fault but if I did something to screw up the order I want to know so I can correct the problem and thats pretty much what I asked Chuck in the pm because I didnt want to post this but I guess I have no choice.
If I screwed up the order let me know so I can remedy this problem asap!!!!!! However I dont think I did as my account has already been charged for the money

I just spoke to you, but I will post so everyone understands the scenario. When you read that people received them in 5 minutes, those were people that had ordered them directly from our site, LawnCareSuccess.com, which sends them automated and instantly. When they are ordered from lawnsite.com I have to wait for Chuck to send the order to me. That is why Chuck posted to expect to receive them within 24-48 hours. Anyone who knows me here, knows that I will do whatever I can to help and make sure that everyone gets what they purchase as quickly as I can. And after they purchase I also do whatever I can to help them as well. Thanks again to everyone who has ordered. If you guys have any questions, let me know.

I must say that I love the propasal templates and the 20 direct letters they were the best investment Ive ever made Ive sent out 9 proposals since getting them from you. And 4 have been accepted the others are still open bids till 4/1 but Im sure there in the bag. Potential clients treat me with more respect now and it has really boosted my self confidence in bidding on larger jobs.
Thank you very much Sean!

Steve,
That is great. As I'm sure you know, and everyone else here as well knows, it is perception. When your clients and potential clients perceive you as a professional, organized, respected business owner, that is how you will always be treated. More importantly, it allows you to charge for your services that way as well. If you ever need anything, you know where to find me. Thanks again for ordering.
