Quickbooks Pro 2006 upgrade to Pro 2009 - Tips? Problems?

I just bought QuickBooks Pro 2009. I've been using Pro 2006 for the past couple of years. I am ready to make the upgrade.

Has anybody gone through this upgrade? If so, how did you do it? Any tips or pitfalls to avoid? What problems, if any, did you encounter and what should have you done differently?

I upgraded from 2004 to 2008.
I did have some issues with custom statements.
I had added a email address that I needed to reinsert in the templates.

Also I noticed that: I use statements and the memorized statements had the wrong date on a few of them, So I had to re-memorize a few.

Other than that no problems.

I wish there was some better templates and stuff like that.
