Hi ya'll, I am planing to start a new part time LCO in southeast Texas. I have a couple of questions.
1. I plan on going residential, should I get insurance? and how much?
2. I have a realtor friend who is wanting me to do foreclosres, good idea?
3. Can I start out using my home equipment?
4. What is the best way to get work?
Sny comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Can you also tell me how to get business from another LCO. I am new to the site, but have read it for a while. Thanks

2.Do you trust your friend, and foreclosures get into them there should be a lot to take care of,
3.yes but depends what do you have,
4,you will get a lot of answers for this, flyers, door hangers, door to door, advertisements in papers, friends , church, but make a lot of business cards hand them out wherever you go.:)
