Drug-Free Workplace

It is the purpose of Tennessee Curb Appeal to help provide a safe and drug-free work environment for our customers and our employees. With this goal in mind
and because of the serious drug abuse problem in today's workplace, we have established the following policy for existing and future employees of Tennessee Curb Appeal.

Tennessee Curb Appeal explicitly prohibits:

The use, possession, solicitation for, or sale of narcotics or other illegal drugs, alcohol, or prescription medication without a prescription on Tennessee Curb Appeal or customer premises or while performing an assignment.

Being impaired or under the influence of legal or illegal drugs or alcohol away from Tennessee Curb Appeal or customer premises, if such impairment or influence
adversely affects the employee's work performance, the safety of the employee or of others, or puts at risk Tennessee Curb Appeals reputation.

Possession, use, solicitation for, or sale of legal or illegal drugs or alcohol away from Tennessee Curb Appeal or customer premises, if such activity or
involvement adversely affects the employee's work performance, the safety of the employee or of others, or puts at risk Tennessee Curb Appeal’s reputation.

The presence of any detectable amount of prohibited substances in the employee's system while at work, while on the premises of Tennessee Curb Appeal, or its
customers, or while on Tennessee Curb Appeal’s business. "Prohibited substances" include illegal drugs, alcohol, or prescription drugs not taken in accordance
with a prescription given to the employee.

Tennessee Curb Appeal will conduct drug testing under any of the following circumstances:

RANDOM TESTING: Employees may be selected at random for drug testing at any interval determined by Tennessee Curb Appeal.

FOR CAUSE TESTING: Tennessee Curb Appeal may ask an employee to submit to a drug test at any time it feels that the employee may be under the influence
of drugs or alcohol, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances: evidence of drugs or alcohol on or about the employee's person or in the
employee's vicinity, unusual conduct on the employee's part that suggests impairment or influence of drugs or alcohol, negative performance patterns, or
excessive and unexplained absenteeism or tardiness.

POST-ACCIDENT TESTING: Any employee involved in an on-the-job accident or injury under circumstances that suggest possible use or influence of drugs or
alcohol in the accident or injury event may be asked to submit to a drug and/or alcohol test. "Involved in an on-the-job accident or injury" means not only the
one who was injured, but also any employee who potentially contributed to the accident or injury event in any way.

If an employee is tested for drugs or alcohol outside of the employment context and the results indicate a violation of this policy, the employee may be subject
to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and possibly including discharge from employment. In such a case, the employee will be given an opportunity to explain
the circumstances prior to any final employment action becoming effective.

Equal Opportunity Employer

It is the policy of Tennessee Curb Appeal to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) according to job qualifications without discrimination on the basis of
race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, or marital, family, or disability status, status as a Vietnam-era veteran, special
disabled veteran or veteran who served on active duty during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized. Tennessee Curb Appeal is committed to affirmative action (AA) and to taking positive steps to eliminate barriers that may exist in EEO and in employment practices. Focal
areas of EEO and AA include, but are not limited to: recruiting, promotion, demotion, transfer, layoff, termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation,
training, and education.

Staff members and others working for Tennessee Curb Appeal at all levels are expected to implement and abide by Tennessee Curb Appeal’s policy of
nondiscrimination in services and employment opportunity. All staff members are expected to make every reasonable effort to carry out their responsibilities to
assure that equal employment opportunity is available to all. It is further expected that all staff members will demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for a
culturally diverse workforce and demonstrate commitment to Tennessee Curb Appeal’s equal opportunity and affirmative action objectives.

The importance of fulfilling this policy can not be overemphasized. Any violation of this policy by a staff member of Tennessee Curb Appeal may result in
corrective action, including, when appropriate, discharge.

Tennessee Curb Appeal is an equal opportunity employer. Policy prohibits discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin,
ancestry, sex, age, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status. Further, Tennessee Curb Appeal will continue to support and
promote equal employment opportunity, human dignity, and racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity. This commitment is made by Tennessee Curb Appeal in
accordance with federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations.
