hey guys what do you think? This will be going out two weeks after my "give your lawn a bail out" card. These cards are going to a gated golf resort community the same week these go out i will be placing free golf tees in the proshop with my co. name and number on them.

thoughts? Suggestions?

oh ya and the blue and red lines won't be on there those are just guide lines

I don't know how that is going to do for you,
but my opinion is that looks pretty darn good!

And I don't mean just the looks, but the whole thing overall,
a clear-cut ad that gets to the point in short order, doesn't
waste time with extra BS, someone worked on this.

It should work very well for you. It sounds like you've really put a lot of thought from the first postcard to the free golf tees and than the second postcard. Really well thought out. Good luck with it and let us know the results.

I've played in Perry Park, nice course if it's the same one as you are talking about. I really like this idea and the card looks great. Good luck with it.

Thanks guys I think I'm going to change the front head lines a litte to:

(top left) there are two ways to spend your free time.
(bottom left) Which would you rather be doing this spring?

then put what i have on the bottom now on the back.

Thanks guys and yes i have worked on this alot two weeks after this will be another post card mailing followed by 3 article in the spring spruce up paper and the next week will be the front page of a classifieds paper with a flyer inserted . .. This is going to be alot of money but i think it will really pay off for me

Make sure you leave space in the top corner for a stamp, I also believe you need more area on the bottom for s USPS barcode. overnightprints.com has a good template that I used. Someone else posted that gotprint.com has great prices, a little too late for me, I ordered all my overnightprints stuff a few days before. Gotprint.com was like 1/2 the price.. doh! (So I got some more postcards printed from gotprint.com to see the quality..)

As far as looks, I like the idea behind it, but "artistically" it doesn't make my jaw drop. There's not a lot of contrast in the thing, the white on the light brown doesn't pop too well, and it's fairly plain, which, then again, can be a very good thing. Maybe a little too much drop shadow on the top title, i'd make it a little softer and change the "offset" to a small value.

If you want, send your file to me at mike@lawnprooutdoor.com and i'll mess with it, maybe come up with some different colors. Took me 4 tries til i finally got something I liked with mine.. I still hate them.. lol

Speaking of which, here's what I got at the moment, Not quite as creative as yours with the golf, etc, but I like the overall looks and colors, and I think it's "to the point" enough.
