My Super Z is pouring out oil about as fast as I can put it. One problem. I have no engine spec number to go by. The sticker fell off at least 3 years ago.
The model on the mower is 927038 and the serial is 03082223
Is it possible to find the spec number of the engine installed from that information? Near as I can tell from Kohler's site, there are only two possible spec numbers that coincide with a 27 on a Hustler, either CV740-0017 or CV740-0028.
